Return Policy

At Wild Lola, we want you to absolutely love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • It must be in resellable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to request a return

To start a return, please email us at lisette@wildlola.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for your return

We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
